1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals 10+ mins may result in shorter service time or rescheduling.

2. Service Satisfaction

• Our stylists are trained to deliver professional grooming services.
• If you are not satisfied, please notify the front desk before leaving. We may offer a complimentary correction within 3 days of service.
• No refunds are issued for completed services unless under exceptional cases.

3. Pricing

• All prices are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT 5%.
• Prices may vary slightly depending on hair length, thickness, or custom requests.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients with scalp infections, skin issues, or allergies must inform staff prior to service.
• We follow strict hygiene protocols in line with Dubai Municipality standards.

5. Children & Pets

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
• Pets are not allowed on premises except service animals.

6. Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, and branding elements on this site are the property of Scissors VIP Salon.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we ensure high standards, we are not liable for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate client communication.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under Dubai Civil Law.
